| 17-18 Nov. 2008 | Sharq Village & Spa | BioQatar Symposium 2008: A joint symposium by QSTP and Qatar Foundation Research Division aimed at promoting biomedical ventures in Qatar.
Videos of speakers and their presentations will be posted here in December 2008.

| 19 Jan. - 16 Feb. 2009 | QSTP | Investor Readiness Program QSTP runs workshops and seminars on becoming "investor ready" and raising finance. They are open to any Qatar resident that wishes to learn how to plan and build a start-up technology company.
Enrolment has closed for the January - February 2009 program as it is oversubscribed. Seminars will take place on Monday evenings from 19 January to 16 February, from 5:00 to 8:30pm, at QSTP.

QSTP TECHtalks are networking seminars about technology-based business. Held roughly once every two months, they involve a guest speaker presenting a case study, with ample time for discussion and networking. The seminars are free and open to the public.
